of Alton Beach, a restricted residential tract of land located in the City of Miami Beach, Florida. The appellants, together
with numerous others constituting all of the owners of lots in the affected development, were made parties defendant. The
decree of the Chancellor was rendered on general demurrer to the bill filed under the old practice.
