Two automobiles collided at a street intersection, a passenger in one was injured and, in this action against both drivers, recovered a verdict upon which the judgment was rendered from which each driver has taken a separate appeal, each contending for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. It is held that the evidence sustains the verdict as against each driver, and neither was entitled to a directed verdict or to judgment non obstante.
