The plaintiff, Michael Ray Carr, was awarded general damages of $100,000 stemming from the loss of use and enjoyment of his pond, which received runoff of effluent from a sewage treatment plant operated by the defendants, Oaketree Apartments (""Oaketree"") and Cross Country Management , Inc., (""CCM""). Carr appeals the judgment on the grounds that the trial court failed to award damages for repair or restoration of the pond. In answer to the appeal, Oaketree and CCM assert that the amount of damages awarded was excessive and that CCM should not be held solidarily liable for payment of damages. Upon careful review of the record, we find no error in the trial court's judgment and affirm. FACTS
